The experience focuses on discovering the character and diversity of Bulgarian wines, combining storytelling, practical tasting tips, and a welcoming, small-group atmosphere. Optional food pairings, such as curated bite-sized pairings or a platter of Bulgarian cheeses and cured meats, can be added during booking to further enhance the experience.

The tasting takes place at Bash Hedonist, a boutique wine bar and restaurant in Sofia’s historic city center, known for its carefully selected wines and modern, refined cuisine. For a complete and indulgent experience, guests are welcome to stay for dinner at the restaurant, subject to availability; advance reservation is necessary. Dinner is optional, not included in the tasting price, and is arranged separately.
